Swati has work history at IBM, Bain & Company, Accenture and Ernst & Young, with the last two being senior global leadership roles. She is also associated with the Lean In Foundation headed by Sheryl Sandberg, ex-COO Facebook, which works towards ""Building Women"" and ""Helping women achieve their ambitions"". Furthermore, she held a Mentor position at Lean In, India.
