Every project is approached as an extension of a client’s home, with a focus on long‑term performance, clean lines, and aesthetic harmony.
Based in the heart of Ottawa, RM Modern Landscaping serves the city and its surrounding communities with reliable, on‑time service that respects neighbourhood aesthetics and environmental stewardship. The company’s local insight enables it to navigate municipal regulations, climate considerations, and material availability with ease, ensuring every installation is tailored to Ottawa’s unique weather conditions and style preferences. By working closely with clients, architects, and designers, the firm creates outdoor spaces that elevate curb appeal while enhancing everyday living.
RM Modern Landscaping’s reputation is built on rigorous certification and hands‑on expertise. All installers hold Permacon Academy and FLP Fusion Landscape Professional credentials, guaranteeing adherence to industry best practices and the latest installation techniques. The company also maintains an active City of Ottawa hardscaping contractor licence, affirming its compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Premium materials—high‑quality stone, edge restraint, and base layers—are selected for their resilience, allowing projects to endure Ottawa’s harsh winters and heavy rainfall without compromising beauty or integrity.
Client satisfaction is a cornerstone of RM Modern Landscaping’s service philosophy. From the initial consultation to the final walk‑through, the team maintains transparent communication, meticulous scheduling, and a spotless work site. All work is backed by a five‑year workmanship warranty, giving homeowners peace of mind and protecting their investment for years to come. Whether designing a simple patio or constructing a full outdoor living suite, the firm delivers quality first, design second, and an unforgettable outdoor experience that reflects each client’s personal style and functional needs.
