Pod Museum and Art Services Pty Ltd

Founded by Andrew Foster and Tom Ingpen, POD Services emerged from a shared passion for preserving cultural heritage. Since 1999, the team has combined expertise in conservation, design and logistics to create tailored solutions for museums, galleries and private collectors. Their flagship Frank Showcase system was engineered to be lightweight, demountable and fully customizable, setting a new standard for museum display. Over the decades, POD has expanded its offerings to include modular walls, storage systems, packing, transport and exhibition design. The company’s ethos is “affordable perfection,” ensuring high quality without compromising budget. POD’s reputation is built on reliability, craftsmanship and a client‑centric approach that turns every project into a collaborative partnership.

The team works closely with conservators, curators and architects to meet the specific needs of each collection. They employ archival materials, UV‑filtered glass and climate‑controlled storage to protect objects for the long term. POD’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in the reuse of components and the use of recyclable packaging. Their services have supported exhibitions ranging from small private displays to large international loans. Testimonials from institutions like MGA, Hamilton Gallery and Bendigo Art Gallery highlight the company’s impact on preservation and presentation. As the industry evolves, POD continues to innovate, integrating digital displays and interactive elements to bring collections to life.
