Support Coordination – Our seasoned coordinators translate your NDIS plan into actionable supports. They keep a clear budget tracker, offer a direct contact number and present all available provider options, guaranteeing transparent, no‑conflict service planning.

Mental Health Support – Delivered by experienced psychosocial practitioners, this service focuses on recovery and mental wellness. By keeping the same worker week after week, we foster trust, build rapport and provide a stable environment for therapeutic growth.

Community Participation – We organise real outings – beach walks, museum days, barbecues, and the popular Wednesday Rec Group – to encourage social inclusion and community engagement that matters to you.

Aboriginal NDIS Support – Participants can request culturally matched workers and coordinators. Our Aboriginal staff bring cultural safety, shared experience and a deep understanding of community values, enhancing the support experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.

Aboriginal Support Workers – These workers are dedicated to delivering culturally competent support across all service areas, ensuring participants feel seen, respected and fully supported.

Aboriginal Support Coordination – Similar to our general coordination but with a focus on cultural matching, ensuring that the planning and execution of services align with the participant’s cultural context.
