Rise is a Perth-based not-for-profit delivering housing and community support across Western Australia. For 40+ years, Rise has helped people living with disability and mental health challenges, older Australians and young people to build independence and wellbeing. Services include NDIS and disability supports (supported accommodation, support coordination, positive behaviour support and recovery coaching), mental health support plus housing and tenancy assistance, aged care home support (home care, personal care, respite, gardening and maintenance), and youth programs. Family and domestic violence support includes Kira House crisis accommodation for young women aged 14–18 and their children. Multiple locations across Perth.
