The Mexicano is a chef-driven Mexican restaurant from Chef Joey Maggiore and The Maggiore Group. Located on Cactus Road near Tatum Boulevard, the restaurant serves elevated Mexican cuisine with signature dishes like lava rock fajitas, sizzling molcajetes, birria bao buns, and four-foot machete quesadillas. Guests can enjoy a build-your-own Michelada bar, frozen margarita flights, and daily happy hour. The Mexico City-inspired space features vibrant indoor dining and one of the Valley's largest covered patios with seating for over 500 guests.
