Personal injury recovery inspired the start of my massage therapy career. Current research on pain science, a background in yoga and dance, and an absolute commitment to authentic care shape every client-centered session. My aim is to move and work with each individual client to help them better understand their body, reduce the effects of stress and find relief from chronic pain.
