Since 1984, Attorney Walter Hundley has dedicated himself to the practice of workers’ compensation law and is committed to protecting the rights of injured workers. As a former South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commissioner and Chairman, Walter Hundley utilizes the experience he gained in presiding over hearings to provide professional service and quality legal representation to those injured on the job. At the Law Firm of Walter Hundley, we will assist you in obtaining the medical treatment and income benefits to which you may be entitled under the law. Mr. Hundley worked with an insurance defense firm for five years, but has practiced exclusively as a Plaintiff’s attorney for the past twenty-five years. He received his B.A. Degree from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Hundley has extensive experience in representing the interests of injured workers throughout the state of South Carolina. Prior to opening his own firm, Walter served as a South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commissioner and Chairman during which time the Commission drafted the “Regulations of South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission”. He is dedicated to helping those injured on the job and utilizes his legal knowledge and skill to provide professional and compassionate representation to each of his clients. Outside of the office, Walter is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on Wadmalaw and Edisto Island.
