Mason's Meats creates handmade grass-fed jerky in small batches on the historic Neville Estate in Eridge Park, a centuries-old woodland owned by The Duke of Abergavenny. Through twelve months of perfecting the optimal slice of grass-fed beef with Anglesey salt, we produce savoury, toffee, creamy, crispy, salty slices of the finest UK beef with no sugar, losing up to 65% mass through dehydration while maintaining our commitment to environmental and regenerative farming for a sustainable future.
