The course is scheduled to begin with the Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine, through Classic Theory of Chinese Medicine including Meridians, Acupoints, Techniques of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Acupuncture Therapeutics and unique Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment for different patients with different diseases, and finally give the students clinical practices.
8 hours/day 5 days/week, you'll practice in a REAL hospital facing real patients by following the real working day of a TCM doctor. You'll gain valuable experience in learning treatments skills with Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Tuina, Observe-Smell-Ask-Pulse Diagnosis, TCM herbal prescriptions, TCM Medicine and other main TCM treatment skills.
The course intends to strengthen participants' understanding of theories of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment skills. Clinical practice and lectures of specific topic are emphasized. Combine theory with practice; classroom lectures with clinical practice is to be followed. Apart from the traditional way of learning of sitting through classes, participants also get valuable opportunity during the last month of the program to follow with TCM teachers at local clinic.
