We are Wise Path Counselling, a team of registered psychotherapists in Hamilton offering both in-person and online therapy. We specialize in a wide range of services including addiction counselling, anxiety, depression, trauma, couples counselling, grief, spiritual counselling, and clinical supervision. Using evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and non-dual approaches, we craft individualized plans that go beyond symptom relief to foster lasting growth and healing.
