Wellspring Counselling Inc. provides counselling and psychotherapy services in Metro Vancouver and virtually across BC and all of Canada for anxiety, stress, anger, depression, relationships, parenting, career, personal growth, and more! The psychotherapy approach at Wellspring is integrative and combines Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Therapy), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
