The Ruston Sports Complex promotes sports team participation as an outlet for healthy exercise for our youth and adults. We partner with leagues and clubs to collectively provide these opportunities to the public.

We are recognized as the “Sports Capital of the South,” which made Ruston a natural fit for such a forward-thinking facility. The complex is unique and boasts significant amenities that separate us from other parks around the country. With tremendous local support from our two local universities in Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University, coupled with the support of the City of Ruston, the Ruston Chamber of Commerce, and the Convention & Visitors’ Bureau, we provide a superior experience on the local, state, regional, and national stage.

RPAR is under the leadership and direction of the Mayor and City Council and is guided by recommendations from a strong citizen Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. The RPAR staff prides itself in providing you with exceptional customer service. We continue to develop new partnerships to further enhance recreational opportunities throughout our community.
