DERIK HEMINGWAY OWNER, CEO

I started my pest control career working for a large, international pest control company. I worked as a commercial route manager and later as the service department manager. Prior to pest control, I was a Noncommissioned Officer in the Army serving for 12 years with two overseas combat deployments. I was also a law enforcement officer for nearly eight years. I started LCPS because I care about people and their individual needs. I love helping people solve issues they have with high-quality, personal, and professional care.

JOE WARD, OWNER

I began my pest-control career in 2009 working for a large Res/Com International pest control company. I started as a route technician and worked my way into commercial route management. I decided to move to the family-owned arena and became the service department manager for a local family company. Through my pursuit of bettering myself in every aspect of my pest-control career, I was approached by a good friend and colleague Derik Hemingway to partner in our own pest control business. Providing quality, personal, and professional care is what we believe in at LCPS and we will never forget it. I look forward to serving you.
