He is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has been given the prestigious scholarship by the HDMP from the Ministry of Healthy Singapore which enabled him to further expand his expertise and complete his revision knee and hip arthroplasty fellowship in the Helios Endo-Klinik in Hamburg, Germany - the largest hip and knee reconstruction center in Europe. Dr Henry Chan has performed over 1000 joint replacements in his career so far. He has a particular interest in computer-assisted joint replacements like total knee replacement, hip replacement, MAKOplasty along with many others. His vast experience has made him an authority in the management of both adult and paediatric fractures and traumas.
