Minute Women has been providing home care services for over four decades. Established in 1969 and located in Lexington, MA, we have been providing home care for seniors for longer than most hospitals, assisted livings, and nursing facilities in the area.

As a family owned and operated business we believe providing the best service to our customers is the most important aspect of our job. We are not a franchised company that has rules, marketing, and regulations that come from another part of the country. If you need to speak with the owner (Ryan, to the right), I can be at a place of your convenience in an hour or less time.

I took over Minute Women because my mother passed away from cancer in 2011, I had to interview both home care and hospice companies when I was by her side. Through that experience you will never be pressured to use our services.

Our free consultations are to make sure we are a right fit for one another. If you need home care services quickly, we can accommodate that, but if you are taking your time and wish to explore your home care options, we welcome those conversations just as much.

Payment can be made in three different ways. We accept and can directly bill long term insurance companies. We also assist with Veterans Aid and Attendance program. We also accept checks or credit cards.
