Mr. Freskos is a second-generation mortgage banker and graduated from San Francisco State University in 1993 with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate. In 1994 he became a licensed California Real Estate Broker and began originating loans. He has since originated loans totaling over 1 billion dollars. Mr. Freskos is also an active trust deed and real estate investor that owns income properties throughout California.
