After moving out of the Phoenix area and having our home listed for six months (with very few showings and no offers of any kind) we received many solicitation letters from Realtors wanting to take over our expired listing. It was difficult to decide how to handle this in that we were dealing with an empty house and did not want to return to Phoenix unless we had to. My only option was to call each Realtor and do phone interviews. Amazingly, only four out of ten even returned my calls! After interviewing the four, I decided to go with Cam who, without a doubt, had the best marketing plan. Within only a few days of my call, he had evaluated the property and determined that we needed to adjust the price to a figure which happened to be our bottom line. We agreed to this figure and the entire transaction was done by overnight mail on 1/16/2007. Shortly thereafter, we traveled to Asia and agreed to maintain communication via email. Much to my surprise, on 2/9/2007 we had an excellent offer which showed that he had worked on our behalf in every way. Because we were at sea, all communication had to be done by either satellite fax or ship phone, which is very expensive! Cam handled the entire process without any difficulty. This continued through escrow and closing and Cam did a superior job in providing us ongoing communication each step of the way. Amazingly, we still have not met Cam face to face but I can tell you that we recommend him with utmost confidence in that he is a professional who performs "Over and Above", is an excellent communicator and best of all, is a man of his word.

Mark and Lori Magliaro - [Chandler]
At the same time the Saragosa property (above) was being sold, the Magliaro's had REALTY EXPERTS contracted to sell their second home. They asked Cam to step in two weeks after day 127. The reason for this was that the listing had expired, and the home sat dormant because the agent had not noticed that the listing had expired! This home was not exposed, as it should have been. Cam raised the price of the home, and sold the home in only 10 Days!! (Sold for $359,000)
