About
Our bootcamp program has 4 convenient locations - in Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Gilbert - with additional locations starting in 2011! Our classes are specifically designed to accommodate all fitness levels! East Valley Bootcamp trainers ALWAYS make every person feel capable and confident while performing each and every exercise. You’ll never be asked to perform more than you're capable of doing, but you will be pushed to give 100% effort. Participants will be given modifications, adaptations and alternatives if needed in order to accommodate everyone's individual fitness level. Our program is very diversified, this allows for change and anticipation towards each and every day, knowing that no day will ever be the same!! Our goal is for you to eagerly anticipate your next bootcamp class!
