Recruitment agencies can help you find one since they have different sources on helping you get one but you have to take the time just like any other jobs to do some research and work on your resume. If you never had any experience as a chef, it is very easy to get into. If you know how to fry an egg and do a few other things, that should help you get some chef jobs.

Recruitment agencies are there to help you with finding work but it's your responsibility to put in the effort on getting one such as making your own resume. But try out the places that you do go and eat at. Maybe you can do a better job than the current chef.
