This software is great. Not only can I view my whole program, but there's moving pictures and detailed descriptions of how to perform each exercise. I thought that a good idea might be to let the athlete change or move the dates/days at which he/she wants to perform there exercises. Eg. You have got me in for mon, tue, thur & fri.
