Organic Shea Butter Skincare

Our story actually begins thousands of years ago when pure, natural, unprocessed, and unrefined shea butter was used by ancient Egyptian royalty such as Cleopatra for its miraculous healing powers. European aristocrats later discovered this natural wonder about 200 years ago and began importing it to Europe.

As shea butter usage increased throughout the world, many skin care companies began using hexane, a hazardous and toxic petroleum by-product, to cheaply extract a greater amount of shea butter.

Also, numerous skin care companies began - refining - the shea butter by dangerously bleaching and deodorizing it; neutralizing it with toxic lye; and over-heating it to very high temperatures.
